développer et promouvoir la culture à travers la création de spectacles musicaux, théâtraux, d'opéra, de danse, la réalisation de vidéos, documentaires, films de fiction, en utilisant aussi les nouvelles technologies numériques et les dynamiques interactives et trans-média ; sensibiliser à la culture les jeunes générations, en particulier celles des milieux sociaux défavorisés, en facilitant leur accès à l'art à travers des projets d'intégration culturelle ; collaborer avec des compositeurs, des metteurs en scène, des chorégraphes, des artistes numériques, des cinéastes, des vidéastes, à fin de soutenir la création contemporaine dans toutes ses formes d'expressions, ainsi qu'avec des institutions publiques, festivals, théâtres, écoles, universités, médiathèques, pour permettre la diffusion de la création contemporaine ; construire des formes de partenariat avec les différents acteurs culturels de la région PACA pour la diffusion de ses actions culturelles en France
