proposer, à toutes les femmes au cours des étapes de leur vie et en toute situation, un espace d'échanges et de pédagogie d'un point de vue culturel, sportif, éducatif, santé, économique, environnemental, développement personnel, autour de l'égalité, de la mixité et du bien-être, à travers l'organisation d'événements ; Elle a pour objectifs l'évolution des mentalités, la prise de conscience ; Elle met en relation ses membres et les différents acteurs, et encourage l'action, dans une ambiance conviviale ; L'association, intergénérationnelle et interculturelle, est ouverte à tous ; tes, sans condition ni distinction ; Pour répondre au but décrit ci-dessus l'association organisera tous types d'événements : conférences, ateliers, visites, rencontres sportives, culturelles et professionnelles, repas, Networking, présence à des salons, etc ; Nouv'Elles pourra adhérer elle-même à d'autres associations ; Elle pourra s'associer à des structures répondant au But ci-dessus tel que le Club de l'égalité par exemple ; Elle fédèrera, au travers de certains événements, les différents acteurs économiques et associatifs de la région sous forme de partenariats ; L'association partage les valeurs de Respect, d'Ethique, de Solidarité, d'Engagement et d'Entraide ;
