Objet :

favoriser les relations entre étudiants, universitaires, praticiens du droit des entreprises en difficulté, et toute autre personne amenée à être confrontée au traitement des difficultés d'entreprises ; dynamiser ce secteur, tant auprès des universitaires que des praticiens, par le biais d'évènements spécifiques ; agir auprès des entrepreneurs pour les informer des outils à leur disposition et ainsi leur assurer une formation suffisante pour réagir face aux difficultés, à l'exclusion des domaines réservés aux activités réglementées ; cela passe notamment par l'insertion et la valorisation des étudiants et jeunes professionnels spécialisés en droit des entreprises en difficulté, la mise en place d'un réseau sur l'ensemble du territoire français, l'organisation d'évènements, la centralisation d'information, ou autre en rapport avec son objet, ou nécessaire à celui-ci, directement ou indirectement ; plus généralement, il pourra s'agir de tout acte, toute manifestation, ou encore de toute production ou écrit, se rapportant à cet objet pour les besoins de l'association ; enfin, l'association se réserve la possibilité d'élargir son champ de compétences au delà du droit des entreprises en difficulté dès lors que son objet est respecté
