Objet :

le club est un groupe d'entraide mutuelle, par simplification et dans l'esprit de l'exposé des motif de la loi, ce groupe d'entraide sera appelé désormais Club se définissant comme un espace social accessible où des personnes adultes (bénévoles ou salariés, adhérents ou professionnels) mettent en oeuvre un même projet de solidarité et d'entraide mutuelle, visant à lutter contre l?isolement de personnes qu?une altération de santé psychique met en difficulté d?insertion psychosociale. Il est entendu qu?une des caractéristiques du club est de rester un recours pour les personnes ayant été reconnue officiellement en situation de handicap. Le club souhaite valoriser l?autonomie des adhérents sujets à des troubles psychiques et ce, par l?accueil, l?entraide mutuelle et la gestion de ce même club. La promotion de l?autonomie des personnes, y compris dans les postes de responsabilité au sein du club, implique que les difficultés liées aux troubles psychiques soient prises en compte
