obtenir l'habilitation prévue à l'article 9 de la directive 94/25/CE du parlement européen et du conseil de l'union européenne du 16 juin 1994 (directive"bateaux de plaisance" ainsi qu'à tout amendement à cettedirective, et effectuer les tâches se rapportant aux procédures d'évaluation de la conformité visées à l'article 8 de ladite directive. Departiciper aux travaux de normalisation internationnaux, europpées et d'informar ses adhérents ou les entreprises en faisant la demande des dits travaux. D'obtenir l'agrément en tant que bureau de normalisation dans le secteur du nautisme en application du décret n° 84-74 du 26 janvier 1984 fixant le statut de la normalisation et ainsi d'exercer les fonctions d'un tel bureau. D'obtenir toute habilitation ou accréditation permattant d'effectuer des travaux dans les secteurs du nautisme, de la course et des bateaux à usage professionnel. D'exercer tous travaux en rapport avec la navigation de plaisance qui luis serront confiés.de
