Objet :

mettre en place kpa-cité à La Rochelle, dans la continuité des coopératives jeunesse de services mises en place depuis 2 ans à La Rochelle, assurer le bon fonctionnement du projet, le portage juridique de l'activité et l'accompagnement des coopérants, promouvoir et favoriser l'intérêt pour des villes et quartiers de monter ce type de projets, accompagner à l'essaimage de kpa-cité sur d'autres territoires en nouvelle aquitaine en veillant à ce que les spécificités des kpa-cités soient respectées par les porteurs de projets développant des kpa-cités sur leur territoire (transparence, ouverture, mutualisation etc ; ) en effet, kpa-cité est pensé comme un commun et doit donc être développé dans cet état d'esprit
