Objet :

mouvement de protection de la biosphère et de l'homme qui vise à soutenir les initiatives de résistance aux dégradations manifestes de l'environnement ; préservation des milieux, équilibres, cycles, fonctions et ressources naturelles, protection des peuples et des espèces animales, lutte contre les pollutions et destructions de milieux naturels, lutte contre les projets et agissements menaçant l'équilibre de l'environnement et l'intégrité des peuples, en amont des pollutions et destructions, encouragement et soutien des initiatives de résistances écologistes et humanistes ; pour ce faire, elle se fixe trois missions ; apporter une information synthétisée, claire et documentée pour bien comprendre la question environnementale, établir une veille et encourager les initiatives de résistances écologistes et humanistes aux niveaux local et mondial, constituer un réseau mondial de résistances individuelles créatives et inciter à sa propagation ; la dégradation de l'environnement n'ayant pas de frontière, la main est un mouvement à vocation mondiale. Pour la réalisation de son objet, l'association sera amenée à développer des antennes sur le territoire national et hors de France et à s'allier à des associations soeurs. Le siège social est fixé au 31, rue de Citeaux, Paris. Il peut être transféré en tout autre lieu sur décision du conseil d'administration
