Objet :

promouvoir, développer et organiser la pratique des thérapies complémentaires (dites TC) ; promouvoir la collaboration entre la médecine conventionnelle et TC ; permettre l'admission des actes de TC dans nomenclature de l'assurance maladie ; promouvoir la qualité, le respect de la déontologie au sein des TC, les bonnes pratiques professionnelles ; garantir que les adhérents sont des professionnels justifiant d'une formation stricte ; encourager l'enseignement, la recherche en matière de TC, favoriser la création de diplômes nationaux et d'autorisations de pratiquer pour les thérapeutes non-médicaux ; orienter et de conseiller toute personne s'intéressant aux TC ; représenter auprès des pouvoirs publics les TC ; défendre les intérêts moraux, déontologiques et matériels des TC ; assurer des actions de formations et/ou d'informations pour les membres, étudiants, clients, professionnels de santé ou de toute autre entité concernés par les TC ; créer et gérer des passerelles avec l'étranger
