Objet :

cette association a pour but de promouvoir et de mettre en valeur des activités musicales, artistiques et culturelles dans la commune de Versailles, du département des Yvelines, à l'échelle régionale, nationale et internationale ; promotion artistique et culturelle en tout genre (production musicale, organisation de spectacles, concerts, expositions artistiques management d'artistes) ; cette association a également pour mission de gérer l'activité groupe musical Valparaiso en France et à l'étranger sur les plans logistiques, techniques et financiers;coproduction artistique, management du groupe, gestion des droits auteurs, enregistrements audio vidéo, organisation de répétitions, gestion du studio de répétition situé au Siège de l' Association 32 rue de l'ermitage Versailles, production de spectacles vivants, relations avec les différents partenaires (compositeurs, arrangeurs, techniciens, musiciens, labels, éditeurs, tourneurs)
