représenter les parents d'élèves des écoles maternelle et élémentaire des Buttes auprès des établissements scolaires, du corps enseignant, des autorités académiques, des collectivités locales, et de tout organisme concerné par l'enseignement ; participer à la réflexion et à l'élaboration de toute amélioration, modification ou projet de réforme du fonctionnement de l'établissement et de l'enseignement ; permettre la coopération avec les instances et organismes pour tout ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de l'établissement, l'éducation et l'enseignement ; promouvoir son attachement au service public et laïque d’Éducation nationale ; l'association ne se reconnaît collectivement dans aucun syndicat ou parti politique, ce qui ne préjuge nullement, par ailleurs des engagements individuels de ses membres
