favoriser la rencontre entre les artistes et les personnes qui contribuent à l'expression des arts, avec le public, en particulier celui qui ne fréquente pas régulièrement les lieux de culture et soutenir par tous les moyens la création et la diffusion de spectacles ; Production de spectacles vivants, disques, audiovisuels, affiches… Formation dans tous les domaines art et culture et l'organisation d'événements ; Assurer toutes les fonctions de promotion, production de spectacle vivant, coréalisation, vente, distribution, fan club etc ; ; ; permettant d'atteindre les buts désignés ci avant ; Assurer plus généralement, toutes opérations de quelque nature quelles soient, juridiques, économiques et financières, civiles et commerciales, se rattachant à l'objet sus-indiqué et à tous autres objets similaires ou connexes, de nature à favoriser directement ou indirectement le but poursuivi par la société, son expansion ou son développement ; Participation de l'association à toutes entreprises ou sociétés créées ou à créer pouvant rattacher directement à l'objet social ou à tous objets similaires ou connexes, notamment aux entreprises ou sociétés dont l'objet social serait susceptible de concourir à la réalisation de l'objet social, et ce, par tous moyens, notamment par voie de création de sociétés nouvelles, d'apports, fusions, alliances ou sociétés en participation ou groupements d'intérêts économiques ;
