Objet :

1) Accompagner et apporter un soutien technique et scientifique aux porteurs de projets (Renforcement des capacités des acteurs associatifs à travers des formations en management de projet) ; - Mettre à leur disposition des données scientifiques actualisées sur le développement social, économique et culturel d'un territoire ; 2) Aider à la recherche de financement ; 3) Proposer et mettre en œuvre des projets de développement ; 4) Structurer et restructurer les associations sur demande (aide à l'organisation interne, constitution de bureau, définition des missions, etc ; ) ; 5) Faciliter l'insertion des acteurs associatifs à des réseaux d'emploi et de solidarité internationale (Cluster, passerelle interactive) ; 6) Réaliser un travail d'ingénierie sociale : diagnostic territorial, social, vulgarisation, etc… ; 7) Faciliter la diffusion et réception des savoirs et savoirs littéraires de divers horizons (appui aux jeunes écrivains et artistes, mise en relation avec les acteurs du milieu culturel, surveillance des examens et concours de formation, etc ; ) ; 8) Organiser des évènements culturels, des conférences débats et colloques sur les problématiques transversales (solidarité Nord/Sud ou Sud/Sud, possibilités de coopération décentralisée (Nord/Sud) ;
