Objet :

- financer les dépenses médicales de Lily MARTINATI, liées à son handicap et les frais de recherche si nécessaire (liés à son association RARE de pathologies complexes) non prises en charge par la sécurité sociale ou celles qui ont des dépassements d'honoraires ; - financer les frais médicaux et hospitaliers à l'étranger : frais de transport, logement, nourriture… - aider à subvenir aux frais de déplacements/hébergement de Lily MARTINATI et de ses accompagnants ; - aider à financer du matériel adapté lié à son handicap ; - créer un soutien pour la famille : accompagnement psychologique non pris en charge par la CPAM ou avec des dépassements d'honoraires ; - aider à financer des travaux d'aménagement du logement où vit Lily : travaux d'adaptation liés à son handicap, afin d'avoir une meilleure accessibilité ; - mettre en place une aide humaine pour Lily au quotidien et aide à la famille : relais pour les parents… - créer des moments festifs : voyages, sorties pour Lily… : besoin d'évasion pour oublier son quotidien lorsqu'elle ne va pas bien, afin d'alléger son quotidien ; - aider si possible d'autres familles ayant un enfant atteint des mêmes pathologies et créer un groupe de soutien ;
