Ce pont, encore utilisé, est l'un des deux seuls ponts métalliques antérieurs à 1850 subsistant en France. Pont en fonte construit en 1841 sur les plans d'Antoine-Rémy Polonceau. Système Polonceau breveté en 1835 (première application : le pont du Carrousel à Paris, démoli en 1935).Classement monument historique :
